Centering Prayer Workshops
Workshops introducing Centering Prayer are periodically offered by our rector, The Reverend Scott Lee, who is certified by Contemplative Outreach, Ltd. as a teacher of Centering Prayer. The introductory workshop derives from the intention of Contemplative Outreach, Ltd., to retrieve, reclaim and reappropriate the contemplative dimension of the gospel and share this gift with people of all faiths. This simple, four-step method of prayer introduces a practical way of preparing oneself to receive the gift of contemplation. The workshop's four presentations are:- Prayer as Relationship
