Stewardship Campaign

Love God. Love your neighbor. Change the world

These three simple phases clearly state God's goals for us as

Christians. Loving God and loving our neighbor is something we can

do alone but changing the world often takes a community. Our small

community – Trinity Parish – has been working hard the last few

years at changing the world.

It's important to keep that in mind when we begin to think about

stewardship. In order to change the world we need first to have a

solid foundation at home and that's what your pledge donation has

done. It has provided Trinity with the ability to be a stable and self-sustaining

community.

In past years it has been your generous response to outreach

campaigns which has made it possible for Trinity to reach out its

hands in love to those in need both here at home and in other parts

of the world.

This year we would like to challenge ourselves to think about

our parish budget as an additional source of outreach funding. We

would like to allocate a portion of our pledge income to add to your

support of existing and new outreach initiatives.

We are beginning this year's Stewardship Campaign on

November 10. It will end on Ingathering Sunday, November 24, the

day on which we return our pledges. Early in November you will

receive a letter outlining our needs in the upcoming year and a pledge

form to offer your financial commitment to Trinity.

During the next few weeks spend some time if you can

prayerfully considering how important this small community is to you

and how your donation can help this community change the world.
